2. Products & Handmade Nature

All shofars and Judaica products sold on this website are handcrafted natural products.

Due to the natural and handmade nature of shofars:

• Variations in shape, size, tone, and colour are expected
• Each shofar is unique
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only
• Natural horn markings, texture differences, and tonal variations are not defects

No two shofars are identical, and slight differences are part of their authenticity.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
• VAT is included where applicable.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.

Shofar Kings is not responsible for additional customs fees or delays caused by customs authorities.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Payment must be completed before goods are shipped.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
