At Shofar Kings, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted shofars and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used shofars
  • Customized or special-request items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including the correct return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and test all shofars before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or video of the issue to assist with processing your claim.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take between 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your shofar for a different size or style, please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the product was defective.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.

9. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
